I want to truly express just how happy I am with the service First Access has provided me. This company has been nothing but understanding, patient and supportive. For the first time in my life, I actually have a finance department work with me through my hard situation and not dismiss me and make me feel like I have no other options. It is people like you that lets me know you care about your clients and customers. You guys are always on top of your duties and quick to respond to our needs. I value a company like you guys and I will continue to stay on top of my word as well. You guys rock over there!!

First of all I really have to say that overall I have had a really good experience with First Access Funding. Being a person that made a lot of mistakes in my younger years with my finances, of course I ran into credit problems. First Access took a chance on me and helped me get into a car which was needed in my situation. I have had to call in to speak with customer service a couple times for various things and everyone is always so pleasant and helpful over there, today I called with an issue I had and Steve in customer service was SO helpful and understanding. He worked with me to fix the problem I was having and made it very easy. I will recommend First Access to anyone I know looking for automotive financing! Thank you Steve and the rest of the staff over at First Access, you've honestly made my life a lot easier :)

I just wanted to say I am a customer and I have been with you since Nov. of 2015 and yesterday your employee Madison went beyond the call of duty letting me know everything about my account and asking me if my payments, bi-weekly, were going ok, and no they were not, so she fixed up my credit before I refinanced.
